This is a card i made using my new image 'Izzys Cupcake wagon' I have coloured her with my copics and added a few stickles and pearls, i have used my fabulous crakle paint and some stampendous embossing enamel. The challenge this week is Tic Tac toe and here is the chart for you to work off
